There’s an awful lot of terms on the chicken label these days, so Dr. Oz talked to Jack Bishop, the editorial director of America’s Test Kitchen, to set the record straight and let us know what these labels mean. Jack said words on the label don’t mean what they think they mean. They’re written from the manufacturer’s perspective, which blocks us from making good decisions.

    I buy perdue frozen individually wrapped filets and the chickens are raised on an all vegetarian diet with no animal by – products and are caged free. No hormones or steroids added.
