Dr. Oz turned to his viewers to find some good substitutions for turning favorite foods gluten free. First up was fried foods. Dr. Oz fan Mary Beth said her secret to gluten free fried foods is almond meal. Almond meal has mono unsaturated fat, Vitamin E, magnesium, and potassium and is also gluten free.
