Dr Oz: Benefits Of Going Grain-Free

There are a lot of reasons people are going grain-free. Reportedly, giving up grains can help with bloating, weight gain, stomach pain and even exhaustion. But it can be pretty difficult to give them up which is why Dr Oz welcomed best friends, actresses Tasha Smith and Tichina Arnold who thought they were ready to go grain-free. Tasha admitted that she hates bloating and gas, and because she wants to stay slim, she was ready to give up grains. Tichina has already given up grains for the most part, after her sister was diagnosed with Lupus and had to go grain-free to improve her symptoms.
