Dr Oz: Healthier “Fried” Chicken Wings

He first turned to Josh Cohen from the test kitchen to find out how to make healthy “fried” chicken. Josh revealed the simple secret: baking powder. When you season your chicken wings however you choose, add one tsp of baking powder for every one pound of chicken wings with a pinch of salt. That way, when you bake the wings in the oven, they’ll crisp up just as if they were fried!
