Who doesn’t love a hot, steaming bowl of pasta? Dr Oz recently looked through the healthiest noodles for different diet types to help viewers determine which pasta was best for them. He was joined by Michael Chernow, the owner of Seamore’s, who explained that most pasta is made with durum wheat flour, which is super high in gluten. Gluten can create bad bacteria in our gut.
