Dr Oz: Should You Stuff A Turkey?

When it comes to making a Thanksgiving turkey, should you cook turkey and stuffing separate or actually stuff the turkey with it? Mark Schatzker explained that experts are saying it’s a better idea to not cook the stuffing inside the turkey. When cooking a turkey, the temperature is checked to make sure it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees, but so man people forget to test the stuffing. By the time your stuffing is cooked, often times the turkey then gets burned.
