Dr Oz: 3-Minute Moves To Melt Pain

Dr. Oz and Sue Hitzmann shared some of Sue’s exercise moves to help you live pain-free all day long and they take just three minutes of your time every morning. Sue Hitzmann said she does these moves while brushing her teeth since it takes about the same amount of time.

Foot Exercise With Soft Squishy Ball – Sue shared a couple of moves that will get the moisture moving throughout the connective tissues in your feet, which will also push the fluid up into your legs and into your spine. She added that a well-hydrated spine is essential to getting through your day pain-free.

Hip Move For Back Pain – You do not want to cause pain to get out of pain, so remember to use gentle pressure and compressions. On a soft roller, or rolled up towel, sit on one cheek of your butt and slowly roll back and forth. This prepares the tissue for the fluid exchange. Stop rolling and open and close your legs several times to finish this move.

Neck & Back Pain – This is another move that involves using the soft squishy ball. It is done with both hands while applying gentle pressure so that the connective tissue is ready for moisture, especially in the neck area which is where many of us feel stress and pain.
