Dr Oz: Ractopamine In Pork & Why It’s Banned Internationally

Dr Oz: “No Ractopamine”

Dr Oz kicked off his show by sharing that consumers are going to start seeing “no ractopamine” on pork and bacon labels. He explained that ractopamine is given to 60-80% of our country’s pigs to accelerate growth. Approximately 97% of people have never even heard of it. Dr Oz sent Mark Schatzker on the road to find out what the new food label really means.
