Joe Cross spent 60 days juicing and it literally transformed his health. Now he is ready to share how you can do it too and all you need is one weekend! Joe says it is important to prepare your body before you begin your weekend juice cleanse, so for the two days leading up to the cleanse do the following:

  • Drink 16 ounces of hot water with lemon and ginger in the morning
  • Drink 1 cup of herbal tea (like chamomile) in the evening
  • Eliminate processed foods, caffeine, sugar, dairy and meat (lean proteins are okay)
