Biggest Loser contestants Tara, Patrick, and sisters Olivia and Hannah all agree that real life after the show ends is very scary and challenging. They all told Dr. Oz that it is a day-to-day struggle to stay focused and healthy, but none of them wants to go back to the way they were in the past, so that helps to keep them motivated and successful.
Dr. Oz: The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Results
Tara is adamant that she does not want to go back to the size that she was before she was a contestant on The Biggest Loser. She recently completed the Iron Man Championships in Kona Hawaii and she now wears a Goal Bracelet as a visual reminder of her goals and to keep her accountable when she is looking at temptation, like ice cream at the grocery store. Tara says that regardless of whom or what you are trying to be healthy for, it does not matter, because you can personalize your bracelet with whatever will keep you motivated.
