Dr Oz says the best way to avoid feeling jittery when drinking coffee is to have no more than 3 cups a day. If you do get jittery, drink a tall glass of water to help calm your body down.

Do you ever feel jittery after drinking too much coffee? If so, you need to hear this advice from Dr. Oz. He explained that as you drink your first cup of coffee it sends adrenaline through your blood vessels and immediately increases your blood pressure, leaving you feeling energized and ready for your day, but then you feel the need drink more coffee.
