Doctor Oz played a game called “Family Food” to teach us about superfoods that make us look younger! It was the Szampaner family against the Covino family. They did not get too many answers correct, so these are the only answers we got… I wish Dr. Oz had revealed the full lists (even if the guests did not guess them)! Any thoughts on what categories the other foods go in? The full list of foods to pick from was: avocado, kelp, brussel sprouts, watermelon, ginger, honey, olives, lentils, blueberries, water, sunflower seeds and tuna fish.
