Dr. Oz talked about the benefits of power napping. Sharon joined him and she said as a kindergarten teacher, she loves naps for little ones. But she doesn’t believe she has time in her own day for that.

Dr. Oz explained that power naps provide us with a boost to our memory, fighting fatigue, reducing stress, and boosting the immune system. Sharon said she would love to have all these abilities, but she’s not sure about the naps, especially since she’s a working mom.
