Dr. Oz: Three Types of Body Clocks

Dr. Oz said on his show that new research shows there’s three types of body clocks. If you know yours, you can have more energy and have a longer, happier, healthier life.

The first body clock is the Early Riser body clock. These people are up at 5 a.m. and are active, cheerful, and feel healthier than everyone else. Most people have this body clock when they’re younger, but the clock changes as you age.
