Dr. Oz: How to Get More Sleep
Dr. Oz has been talking to a divorced mother of three named Jean who hasn’t been taking care of herself. Her friends and family reached out to Dr. Oz to help her and Dr. Oz asked them to be in charge of helping her restart her health.
Jean’s friend Allison calls herself a sleep guru. Right now, Jean gets three hours of sleep a night. Allison wanted to help her sleep better. She suggested Jean get a sound machine to play ocean sounds or white noise at night. Allison also suggested a face mask or bandanna tied over the face to block out the light. Allison also said if these don’t work, Jean can call her.
