That’s exactly why Dr Oz welcomed celebrity trainer Jorge Cruise to share his  best tips. Jorge said it’s all about “waking up vegan.” He explained that research has shown that if you can wake up vegan, you’ll get the best food that is healthy and detoxifying. You can be a part time vegan and get better skin and more energy, plus it’ll help your waist!
