Dr Oz: Consuming Red Meat Lowers Life Expectancy

Question 3: Do you take less than 3 pain relievers a week? This is important because if you need more than 3 pain relievers in a week, it could be a sign of something more serious and Dr. Oz worries about the underlying issue that you are covering up by taking pain relievers instead of addressing the real issue.

Question 4: Do you eat red meat less than 3 times per week? Dr. Oz says that red meat is high in saturated fat and too much fat and cholesterol is not good for you. Eating too much red meat has also been linked to a shorter life expectancy.

Question 5: Do you go outside for up to 15 minutes a day without sunscreen? Dr. Oz says that Vitamin D is essential for our body, brain, and bones to be stronger and it is best absorbed from sun exposure with no sunscreen for that short amount of time.

Question 6: Do you have breakfast within 2 hours of waking up? Dr. Oz says this is very important because it keeps your fat-burning hormones in check, especially if your breakfast includes a lot of protein. You will have better weight loss success and eat less throughout the day if you eat breakfast first thing in the morning.
