Dr. Oz has been talking to Brandi, a woman living with chronic headaches. He introduced her to Dr. Tieraona Low Dog, author of Healthy at Home, who had a plan to help her relieve her headaches.

The first part of the plan was to keep a headache journal. Document when you eat, what you ate, and whether you’re having head pain. This will help you know whether certain foods are associated with the headache. After several days, you might see patterns.
