Dr. Oz: How to Live longer

Dr. Oz introduced Mark Jordan on his show, who is the world recorder for most pull-ups in 24 hours. He was trying to break another record on Dr. Oz’s show.

Dr. Oz also introduced National Geographic explorer Dan Buettner, who has traveled the world to meet people who have lived to 100 years old. He discovered places where more people tend to live longer than anywhere else. These places are called blue zones. In Okinawa, Japan, and Sardinia, Italy, an astounding number of people have lived to the age of 100. In Icaria, Greece, they have 20 percent lower rates of cancer, 50 percent lower rates of heart disease, and almost no dementia.
