Dr Oz met three women out of the thousands of viewers who wrote in to complain about their low energy. They had issues surrounding anger, hormones, and anxiety, but Dr Oz said that one thing might help each of them find more energy – Magnesium.

Dr Oz revealed that the secret ingredient that could be zapping our energy is Magnesium. “There are over 300 chemical reactions in your body that are dependent on Magnesium, and you know what? When it’s not working, ‘cause you don’t have enough in your body, your body becomes like sludge.”
