Dr. Oz: Homemade Ice Pack
Dr. Oz talked about DIY fixes for your neck and back pain. Tanya was up first and she suggested making an ice pack. Combine 2 cups water and 1 cup rubbing alcohol in a plastic bag. Squeeze out as much air as possible and then seal the bag. Freeze in the freezer for at least an hour. Then, just apply to the area wrapped in a towel for pain relief. You can reuse this as much as you want and just keep refreezing it. Tanya said she always has one in the freezer. Because of the alcohol, the frozen product will be more gel-like than just a block of ice.
