Dr. Oz: Importance of Sleep Curfew
Dr. Oz talked about how we can get more sleep if we set a sleep curfew for ourselves. He spoke to a mother in the audience who hasn’t had a curfew in 35 years, although her daughter, who sat next to her, had one. Dr. Oz said that even adults need a curfew, because we’re all getting into bed too late. If we get into bed at the right time, we’ll have more focus, memory, and attention.
