Dr. Oz talked to Janie, a single mother who has gone through a divorce and is trying to raise a 17-year-old and a 3-year-old at the same time, while working full time as a flight attendant, which requires her to work strange hours that change every week. She’s living the stress of traveling every day, always having to make sure everyone’s schedule is set, both her kids’ schedules and her own.

    I had the same symptoms, it wasn’t stress. That’s what my doc said, he was wrong. It was the junk in the processed foods. Eat 100% organic for a couple weeks and the symptoms will most likely improve. Most organics only have to be 95% organic which means it can still be 5% junk. I still trigger on low fat and fat free organics and most organic protein drinks. I was super sick with headaches, migraines, strokes, seizures and IBS. In two weeks her asthma was gone, until she reached for junk food again. Something in the regular food supply is dangerous. Go 100% organic, it will help. Even if you only go pure organic for 2 weeks you will know for sure if it is food related or not.
