Dr. Oz talked about the best health cleanses out there. Dr. Oz’s criteria were that they had to be backed by science, easy to do, and popular on social media.
The first one was the Three-Day Cleanse. Michelle from the audience tried it and she joined Dr. Oz in the studio. She lost 4 pounds in three days. She liked this diet because she was able to blend everything up herself, rather than buying prepackaged stuff.
