  4. On February 20th Dr. Oz recommended something for curb the desire for sweets along with the Keto 7. It’s appearance was like a prune. He bit into it which created a sour type taste in his mouth.Does anyone know what this was?

  5. I’ve started taking Saffron Extract and Forskolin. Can either one or both cause me to have night sweats or hot flashes? I’ve been waking up a few times nightly with them. Or could it be just that time for me?

  6. Mary, Hi…it might be time to welcome you to the “club”….but maybe not. What I read on forskolin which we are soon to start taking with 7 Keto it is possible that if you are taking a night time dosage and stimulating metabolism, thus triggering the night time sweats. We are thinking about taking our second dosage late afternoon. If you are in the “club”, try Black Cohosh, which helps with hot flashes during the day and reduces night sweats a bit.

  7. Thanks Lynn. I’m not sure if I can join the club yet. The jury is still out. ;) I’ve only started having the night sweats since I’ve been taking the saffron on a regular basis. I cut the dose down to one a day and that seems to have helped. I still don’t really know as the night sweats coincided with the weather turning warm and having the air on as opposed to the temps in the 60’s and having it very chilly in the house. I don’t take the supplements at night, only morning and afternoon. Thanks for letting me know what you found out.

  8. Hi, I have been taking Raspberry Keytones for two weeks to lose a few pounds. I found I was short of breath, had swollen eyelids and kept getting hot flashes even though a half dose of HRT had stopped them up to now. I had no energy at all and could hardly lift my legs, I felt weary all the time. I’m sure they work for some people, it’s probably just trial and error. I’m going to try African Mango and see how I get on.
