    DOC;COME ON MAN.THANKS FOR SHOWING THESE LOVELY LADY HOW TO IMPROVE ON MAINTAINING THEIR BUTT SIZE,BECAUSE ALOT OF WOMEN HAVE GOTTEN BESIDE THEMSELVES WITH HOW MUCH THEY’VE ALLOWED THEIR BUTT TO GET OUT OF CONTROL IN SIZE.WHEN ASKED DOES THIS MAKE MY BUTT LOOK BIG AND SHE’S WEARING STRETCH PANTS,YOU CAN’T LIE;YES,WITH A BIG OL ‘GRIN.

    This is the most retarted butt busting plan I’ve ever heard. One: A high carbohydrate diet actually makes you store fat – not burn it. Two: Exercise is good – but targeting your exercise to a certian region won’t burn the fat that is there, it will only strengthen the muscle and actually will make you butt look bigger if your not burning fat.

    Instead of making people exercise which only makes you more hungry! (remember the saying “working up an appetite?) – You need to change your diet – you need to reduce your blood sugar/insulin levels – you need to lower the carbs and up the fats. God, even Dr OZ says the same thing about the silly coconut/palm sugar substitute in the same show!!!!!

    You people that post on here should learn proper grammar and spelling before you throw rocks at others.. Get educated on the topic you are discussing before you post negative remarks. Joe: I think Dr Oz has a bit more education about the body and it’s proper functions than you do. Just so you know, RETARDED is the correct spelling.
