    I like your show most of the time. I have irregularitydue to pain meds I take. I need to lose belly fat in a big way. I’m 61 and had to have double clothe wrapped stents, as in 2 of them last june to block an anurism. I need to lose this very bothersome belly fat and weight before I see my cardiologist april 23rd. Can you please help me? I have a really torn up left knee and the right one has been replaced. I still have a lot of pain walking no more than 2 blocks. My back has a torn disc and I have a spinal cord stimulator which does’nt work like it should. So, when I walk very far my right leg goes numb. HELP????
