    YOU TALKED ABOUT A NEW FRUIT AND HAD TASTING OF IT. I BELIEVE IT HELPED THE BODY TO HEAL IT’S SELF OR REGENERATE GOOD CELLS. WAS ABOUT 1-3 WEEKS BACK WOULD LIKE TO GET THE NAME OF THE FRUIT AND ORDER INFORMATION IF ANY. ( IT DID NOT TASTE GOOD AT ALL) THANK YOU VERY MUCH, DONNA

    Felicitaciones por su programa. Aprendo mucho, muchísimo.

    Hoy ví en su programa (lo veo por Canal 7 a las 6pm todos los días) que un colega del Dr. Oz hizo un estudio de los 5 lugares en el mundo en donde se es más longevo y mi país COSTA RICA estaba ahí, muy contenta por eso sinembargo…. Fue representado por unos frijoles color marrón.. Quiero indicar que esos frijoles no son los comunmente consumidos por la población y de la manera que fueron presentados tampoco. Los frijoles consumidos comunmente son los rojos y negros los cocinamos con agua, oregano, cebolla, chile y culantro (cilantro) al estar cocidos se agrega sal (esto es lo básico). Queda un caldo muy bueno que llamamos sopa negra (cuando son con negros) es muy criolla, sabrosa y muy baja en calorias. Los frijoles, después de cocidos se sirven con arroz y tortilla. Se pueden moler y son deliciosos y con unas tortillas de maiz ó integrales aún más.

    Claro, a la persona que probó no le gustó y creo que a mí tampoco.
