    I’m currently taking the “Just 10” challenge to a healthier lifestyle so while I’m watching Dr Oz shich I do faithfully every morning I go ahead and get my “get moving” in by walking 20 to 30 minutes at different intervals in my living room while I’m watching. So thank you Dr Oz for being a constant daily motivation to me to get moving for a healthier me!! And that means you’ll neva b able to go off the air b/c that would interupt my exercise regimen.

    I saw on your show about taking using 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 25 mcg. B12 daily, and
    cayenne pepper capsules. How many of the cayenne capsules do you take a day.
