    This article is a powerful one….. “All” of these, are foods that I make certain are in my daily diet, apart from Chia seeds, as a matter of fact, this is the first time that I’ve heard that name.
    Thanks for the facts.
    The problem that I have with the Dr Oz show is that,it is been aired during the times when everyone is at work. Fox will have to try to accommodate us, who desperately needs to see re-runs/repeats.
