    Does anyone know if an actual diet book was mentioned on yesterday’s show? I work in a public library and had a client come in looking for the japanese (or Asian) diet book mentioned on yesterday’s show, but I only find mention of the Japanese diet in general, not any particular book. Thanks!

    Barb, you are just a great librarian!!! I wish my librarians would care when I come in with questions like that 🙂 … The book that Dr Oz mentioned for Japanese diets is Japanese Women Don’t Get Old or Fat by William Doyle and Naomi Moriyama. Hope that helps!
