    Josie,for your info I do exercise 5 days a week,I also work 7 days a week.I am in very good shape but do have a belie that I can’t get rid of,so it would nice to have the recipes.

    There are recipes on the Dr. Oz: 30-day flat belly plan – Brett Hoebels 30 day belly plan. web site. scroll down a little past his dvd advertistments and you will find a two day meal plan. I wish there was more but at least there is that. 🙂

    Could not watch Dr. Oz program on May 4,2012. Checked the Internet for info, but could not find out receipe for 4 week drink to reduce belly fat. Please where can I find it on Internet or would like you to EMail me this information

    Why not go to Brett’s website and or twitter page and ask him. He’s great with helping and talking about his programs and his diet and recipes!
