You want to loose weight? Try my simple formula … eat a little less (and healthy) and exercise – like running! I lost about 30 lbs the past year by walking/running and cutting back a little (not by much) on my food intake.

I was walking one mile and running for 3 miles for my cardio. Add any other walking I can fit in during the day and I was hitting the 10,000 step and more! It WORKS!

As to food … go organic if possible! I sure don’t know what they put into our food but my body doesn’t seem to loke it and thus was causing me to gain weight – REAL food, ORGANIC food tastes SO muxh better than the hormone injected foods that we normally eat.

If you say that organic food is more exspensive then my rebuttal is that the doctor is also more exspensive along with the meds! Your choice – doctor and meds or food … I choose food – healthy food.

Just bought Sensa TODAY…sprinkled it on my fresh pineapple chunks. I don’t know if it’s all in my head or what, but I usually eat a small bowel of this in the afternoon for a healthy snack…about 7 or 8 large chunks of it. I kid you not….I had no desire to eat more than 3 chunks of it and to top it off the feeling of not wanting to eat anything lasted for about 5 hours. Soooo…I think this is a situation where everyone has to try it out for themselves. Too bad they don’t offer small “trial sizes” so you don’t have to spend all that money if it does not work for you. I bought a 2 month supply at GNC for $71. I hope it continues to work the way it did on my pineapple. If you don’t use it you won’t lose it. Have to put it on everything you eat and it the thing you are eating is difficult to put it on….then just put a tiny taste of it in your mouth…that’s what I intend to do for soup. They say it does not work for liquids so I am going to experiment by putting some on my tongue before eating soup.
