If your insomnia is keeping you up at night, you will not want to miss the all new July 29 episode of Dr Oz’s show. Sleep seems to be one of the most common topics on the show, and several segments every year are devoted to improving sleep while avoiding sleep wreckers. This new hour could give you more information that will hopefully have you resting easier.
Dr Oz: Truth About Sleeping Pills
We all want to get a good night’s sleep. But some nights the Zs just won’t come, and you might end up staring at the ceiling (or, if you are my boyfriend, messing with your phone for hours on end).
There are all types of over-the-counter and prescription products out there that claim to help you get some sleep, but we have heard in the past about the dangers with certain supplements like Melatonin.
Now, Dr Oz’s authoritative announcer is concerned that you could be taking “the wrong sleep aid the wrong way.” You’ll have to tune in or check back here to find out what he is talking about.
Dr Oz: Dangerous Sleep Aids?
Some sleep medications are known to become addictive. Even those that are not habit-forming may become less effective if you are turning to them each and every night.
I’d love to know if Dr Oz or his guests will have something to say about ZQuil, the new product made by NyQuil that is just supposed to help you sleep. I have tried it and it seems to work, but is there something I need to know about this type of product?
Dr Oz’s July 29 show will provide a plan to help you make over your sleeping habits in just one night. You don’t even need medication to get the job done!
Dr Oz: Sleep Wreckers
The things you do before bedtime or while you are lying awake could be costing you even more sleep. Tune in for answers on Monday’s show, with guests including Oz favorites Dr Michael Breus and Dr Joel Fuhrman. Also joining the conversation is Dr Nina Radcliff, so we should have plenty of suggestions to help us get a better night’s sleep.
That’s what’s happening on the July 29 Dr Oz episode.
