On his show today, Dr. Oz talked about some of the most shocking diet and health myths. Among the Five Diet Myths Busted, he revealed the truth behind the idea that drinking more coffee can help you lose more weight as well as whether it is better to wait until you feel hungry to eat, but some of the more shocking myths he busted were some of the ones that he has believed since he was child. Do you believe that if you sit too close to the TV you will lose your eyesight or that women who are close friends can have synchronized periods?  Well, Dr. Oz says he has been told these were both true, one since he was a kid and the other since medical school, but are either of them just myths are they the truth?
