    Dark chocolate usually has quite a lot of saturated fats too, which also causes belly fat. Do the flavinoids counteract this in some way?

    For pesto, I have a simple recipe that is vegan and fits Doc Oz’s recommended ingredients very well. Take 3 cups packed basil (a little packed, not heavily so), 1/2 cup of olive oil, 2 – 3 cloves of garlic, 1/3 heaping cup of raw walnuts, 1/4 tsp salt, and as much ground pepper as you like. Wiz this all up in a food processor. It freezes beautifully so you can make big batches. This recipe makes around 12 ounces, between 6 and 12 servings depending on how you use it.

    IF DR OZ HAS A PROGRAM TO LOSING THE BELLY FAT AND WEIGHT I WOULD LIKE TO JOIN. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT FOREVER….PLEASE OZ HELP ME.

    Drinking a glass of red wine daily can help with the waistline,red wine is filled with flavnoid. Ask moderation is the key as well as a good exercise plan,diet,&patients.
