Doctor Oz put together a 28 Day Heart Disease Plan and even gave a Healthy Heart Stretch along with a 30 second heart test. Did you know that testing the flexibility of your arteries (and thus the health of your heart) could be as easy as standing up and bending over to touch your toes? Apparently there is a correlation between your flexibility in touching your toes and the overall flexibility of your arteries in your heart. So go ahead, stand up and bend over to reach your toes.
