Dr Oz’s Show on Wednesday May 25 2011 is called the 6 Surprising Reasons You’re Cranky. Are you feeling cranky lately, but you do not know why? Does everyone get on your nerves? Do people think you are always getting up on the “wrong side of the bed”? Doctor Oz will talk about how to combat crankiness. He will even include a list of Good Mood Foods, and I sure hope that dark chocolate makes the list! I know that when I am cranky, a small piece of dark chocolate seems to really do the trick! Some of the things that will be on Dr Oz’s list of reasons you are cranky include not eating enough, the amount of caffeine you ingest and your hormonal levels.
Dr Oz: Yeast Infections
Dr Oz will also discuss how to beat Yeast Infections. Here is another recap of the Doctor Oz Show where he spoke about the differences between Yeast Infections and Urinary Tract Infections: Dr. Oz: Yeast Infections & Urinary Tract Infections. My favorite tips for avoiding Yeast Infections are to eat yogurt with live cultures and to take cranberry supplements (or just drink cranberry juice, but I prefer the supplements because I do not like all of the sugar found in juice).
Dr Oz: $5 Stress Busters
Doctor Oz will also do a segment on $5 Stress Busters, but I wonder if this is a typo since he just did the following segment that sounds very similar: Dr Oz: Suma Brazilian Ginseng Stress Smoothie & Scalp Massager.
