Dr Oz’s show on July 20, 2012 is about Doctor Oz’s Book of 40. Dr Oz said that one of the biggest complaints of women over 40 is that they have a tremendous lack of energy compared to earlier in their lives, so he gave a fatigue fighter called Ashwagandha Tea.
