Doctor Oz and Dr Weil spoke about an Anti-Inflammatory Diet to improve your health and various Alternative Health Treatments. Dr Weil said that he takes Acetyl L-Carnitine and Alpha Lipoic every day, because it helps to protect your brain. He also mentioned that foods such as Black Cod, Butterfish, Sable Fish, and Blueberries are great for your brain. If you are worried about Lung Disease, then Dr Weil told Dr Oz that you should eat foods that are rich in Beta Carotene like red, orange and yellow vegetables. Plus, Zhu Ling, a mushroom from China, appears to help Lung Disease and can even slow down Lung Cancer. And how can you forget about the merits of CoQ10 and garlic for treating Heart Disease? The foods that made Dr Weil’s Anti-Inflammatory Diet list include cooked Asian Mushrooms, Whole Soy Foods, Cruciferous Vegetables, Healthy Fats, Whole Grains and Cracked Grains.
