They began by talking about the controversial idea that wheat is the major cause of obesity in the United States. Dr. William Davis shared his Wheat Belly Diet as well as some recipes, including one for wheat-free pizza. Dr. Davis also promised that if you remove wheat from your diet immediately you will shed up to 15 pounds in just 30 days.
