Dr Oz: Call Me Maybe Parody Lyrics

Dr. Oz wants his fans to have an active role in what he talks about on his show, so asked those in his studio audience what they would like to see on the show, but everyone got a little surprise as soon as one woman took the microphone from him because she began to sing. Dr. Oz pretended to be surprised by her actions, but it was a setup for a parody of the song “Call Me Maybe” with lyrics about why the audience loves Dr. Oz.

Carly Rae Jepsen recently performed her new single for Ellen, showing that she has clearly moved on from her super successful hit, “Call Me Maybe.” Check out these fun song lyrics and go ahead and sing along, I promise nobody is listening.

Doctor Oz we won’t miss / It’s weight loss we all wish
We’ve been lookin’ for this / And now we’re on our way
Your organ holdin’ / Purple gloves, demos showin’
Tips, tricks, skin a glowin’ / Tuning in to watch us daily

Hey, never met you, and this is crazy
But here’s my Facebook / So post me maybe
It’s hard to feel right / You’re there daily
Hey Doctor Oz / Tweet me maybe
It’s hard to feel right / You’re there daily
Hey Doctor Oz / Email maybe

And all the other docs try to judge me
But not you Oz / So call me maybe?
Hey, never met you, and this is crazy
But here’s my Pinterest / So pin me maybe

The song “Call Me Maybe” has certainly inspired a large number of parody versions this year, but what do you think of the Dr. Oz version? Will you be belting  this out in the shower tomorrow or do you think you could come up with a better set of lyrics for Dr. Oz?
