Dr Oz’s Best Shortcuts Ever

Dr Oz’s Show on August 8, 2011 gave a list of his Best Shortcuts Ever.  Doctor Oz spoke about some of his Best Shortcuts to Lose Weight, such as eating an apple before lunch to help prevent overeating.  Or how about refrigerating your canned goods so that you can scrape off the fat the solidifies on the surface when it is chilled?  Another great tip from the show was to substitute regular spaghetti with spaghetti squash… and if you do just this one substitution for an entire year, you can lose up to 12 pounds.  And the next time you bake, why not replace the vegetable oil with apple sauce (or even pureed pumpkin!).

Dr Oz: Neck Pain

Doctor Oz also did a segment on Neck Pain Causes & Cures.  Did you know that the top Dr Oz August 8 2011cause of Neck Pain is muscle strain?  This is why it is crucial to make sure you have good posture throughout the day.  Dr Oz also gave several exercises to help relieve Neck Pain, and if all else fails, he suggested trying Capsaicin Cream for both Neck Pain and Arthritis!

Dr Oz: Beauty Miracles

Dr Oz also gave a list of two minute beauty miracles, which included some fabulous products such as the TouchBack Hair Color Marker, the MST Miracle Skin Transformer, the Zeno Hotspot and the First Aid Beauty Detox Eye Roller.  The Hair Color Marker is a quick and simple way to cover up your gray roots between when you do not have the time to dye your hair.  Holly Carter said that the MST Miracle Skin Transformer is a miracle combo cream that helps remove redness, shrink pores and conceal flaws simultaneously.  The Zeno Hotspot looks like a neat little gadget for literally zapping a pimple.  And last, but not least, the First Aid Beauty Detox Eye Roller helps to get rid of dark circles and wrinkles from under your eyes.  If you have tried any of these products, please share your experience with everyone by leaving your thoughts in the comment section below!

I have been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never
found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me.
In my opinion, if all site owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet will be a
lot more useful than ever before.
