Solta Dual Laser Review
Dr Oz’s Show on August 22, 2011 covered a variety of Plastic Surgery Procedures, including a laser treatment for sun damaged skin called the Solta Dual Laser. Dr Matthew Avram joined Doctor Oz to show how he uses the Solta Dual Laser to remove potentially pre-cancerous skin problems from an overexposure to the sun. In addition to greatly improving your skin’s appearance, the Solta Dual Laser can also help to prevent developing full-blown Skin Cancer. I wonder if insurance companies would be willing to cover this treatment. If not, it still may be worth looking into if you have sun damaged skin. The entire procedure lasts around 10 minutes and costs between $1000 and $1500, but how can you put a price tag on your health?
Dr Oz: Asclera & Festoons
Doctor Oz did a segment on this show called The Fix: Plastic Surgery, where he spoke about different plastic surgeries like a Festoon Laser Treatment and an Asclera Spider Vein Procedure. Dr Adam Scheiner did a demonstration on an avocado for Dr Oz to show how the Festoon Laser Treatment can work wonders on Under-Eye Bags by resurfacing your skin. Dr Anne Chapas also did a Plastic Surgery demonstration of the Asclera Spider Vein Procedure. Each treatment of Asclera costs between $400 and $700, but with just one injection, she can collapse an entire “trunk” of a spider vein, which in turn makes the smaller branches disappear as well. And the best part of all – once she collapses the Spider Veins with the Asclera injection, they never come back!
Dr Oz: Un-Fried Chicken Recipe
Dr Oz did another segment with Bobby Deen and Jamie Deen, also known as the Deen Brothers or Paula Deen’s sons. Unlike Paula though, Bobby and Jamie Deen have been embracing healthy cooking and have been turning previously “unhealthy” recipes into delicious food that is good for you. They taught Dr Oz how to make an Un-Fried Chicken Recipe. Definitely a classic healthy recipe to add to your repertoire!
