Big Daddy’s Sriracha Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
Dr Oz spent a special hour discussing Heart Disease prevention, which is important since that is now the #1 killer of women. He shared some diet aids such as Sriracha Sauce and Beet Juice that can help to lower your risk. To demonstrate, he invited TV chef Big Daddy to use his Heart Disease busters in a Chicken Sriracha Stir Fry Recipe that’s spicy and heart healthy.
Yogurt Marinated Chicken Breast Recipe
Chef Michelle Bernstein was another visitor to Dr Oz’s kitchen this week, and she was up to the challenge he served up: create a meal to feed a family of four, without spending more than $10. She rose to the task, whipping up her Yogurt Marinated Chicken Breast Recipe and throwing in a Quinoa Tabouli Recipe for extra credit.

Sometimes the recipes we see on TV are so full of crazy ingredients and wild sourced products that they seem impossible to recreate at home. But you don’t have to have an industrial kitchen and artisinal ingredients to whip up a healthy and delicious dinner for your family. Dr Oz invited Chef Marcus Samuelsson to prove this by using Ramen Noodles to invent a Seared Salmon Ramen Recipe.
Dr Oz Supplements: Black Cohosh
Dr Oz also spent time this week answering some of the countless questions people love to ask him. But he said that what everyone really wants to know is how to boost their love. That’s why he suggested the Black Cohosh Supplement, which is a proven love booster for women. He also stressed the importance of communication in relationships.
