    Hi Diane;
    I take the Source Naturals Brand and it’s called Tonalin 1000 CLA. It comes in120 softgels and you can get it on line. I just do what it says on the bottle. I take three every morning and then the rasberry keytones i take 1/2 hour before each meal. It’s working and it’s the easiest thing i’ve ever done. I still eat somewhat what i want, but cut the portions and try to watch for more healthy foods.

    I haven’t tried the CLA. But tried the Raspberry Ketones. 250mg two or three times a day. I try to eat healthy, but do slip up sometimes. And try to ride my bike a couple of miles everyday. Nothing happens. I just get disappointed. What brand of Raspberry Ketones do you use? I know that brands are different from each other as in their quality. I used the one from GNC.

    i heard about your show from a friend and i have been watching for 2 weeks. i loved todays show on weight loss. could you leave the recipies up a few more seconds, i have a hard time writing it down and i miss some. thanks

    I have used the raspberry ketones for about a month now…have lost only 4 lbs, but the main thing I noticed is that I’m NO LONGER HUNGRY!!!!….makes it easy to eat less….

    I tried the Raspberry Ketones and watched what I ate and walked 5 days a week and did not lose ANY weight! Extremely disappointed!

    So many things are such a hype I’m so surprised Dr. Oz is allowing such unproven stuff out there. Just like I’ve said before all the recommendations that are suggested should be followed by “only do this if you are healthy and have no medical issues.
    There are some people that take what he says as holy truth and may not be smart enough to check with their doctors first especially when it comes to herbs and med combos.
    Those are the people that worry me.
    Don’t you think that if these rasberry keytones worked with a healthy life style that more of us would have already heard about it?
    All of these weird sounding supplements really scare me.

    Just went on the Raspberry keytone side effects sight.
    It said absolutely no side effects.
    Then people commented on the stuff.
    Many said the product contains caffeine and a few other fruits, some complained about acid reflux and some complained of loose bowls. Maybe that’s why you loose weight. LOL

    I have noticed that I am more sleepy after taking them than anything. But I started them three days ago and already lost a pound and a half. I exercise 2 hrs 3 to 4 times a week also and I reduce my portions considerably.

    I have to say when I heard about these Raspberry Ketones and Dr. Oz was backing it up…. I was excited! I went on the website and ordered a bottle. Well, Well, when I got the bottle of stuff it had lots of stuff in it including the raspberry ketones. So I started to research everything in the supplement. Everything seems overall healthy but it does have caffine in it and well thats not great for you.I have taken it for two days. I overall feel better but when I continue to take it,,, Iam not sure.
