If there’s anything JJ Smith is known for, it’s her smoothies. So it’s no surprise that while she was telling Dr. Oz about zero-sugar snacks and fennel tea on her 10 Day Tummy Tox segment, that she also shared a green smoothie that was specifically designed for constipation. Her Banana Blueberry Smoothie makes for a great desert option that is way healthier than ice cream or a milkshake.

Of course, this recipe has flax seeds in it, because she includes flax seeds in just about every smoothie for a boost of fiber and to keep things moving.
