Here is what you need:

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Here is what you need to do:

  1. Chop the cabbage into bite-size pieces.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Dr Oz: Easy Turkey Chili Recipe

Dr. Oz’s next guest says she looks and feels better than ever before thanks to the 2-Week Rapid Weight Loss Diet and she shared the lunch recipe that gets her through each day!

Here is what you need:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salsa
  • Pink Himalayan sea salt, to taste
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Chili powder, to taste

Here is what you need to do:

  1. Warm the olive oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add the beans, sea salt, cayenne pepper, chili powder and garlic. Stir everything together and cook until tender.
  2. In another pan, brown the ground turkey seasoned with cayenne pepper and sea salt.
  3. Combine the turkey and black bean mixture in a bowl and serve with a side of salsa. Enjoy.

  • 3/4 tsp salt

Here is what you need to do:
