- 4 cups low-sodium veggie broth
- 1 cup onions
- 2 cups carrots
- 1 ½ cups celery
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup before lunch and dinner for a detox soup that your whole family will love.
