2 cans of pumpkin
2 tsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp ginger
2 tbsp curry spice mix
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp chili sauce
3 1/2 cups water
2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 can unsweetened coconut milk

Dr Oz: BBQ Beans & Pasta Recipe Fights Cancer
Dr Oz had Melissa, an audience member, come to the stage to prepare this tasty dish that was rich in antioxidants.
1 lb whole wheat pasta
1 can yellow corn
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce
1/2 bottle of enchilada or red sauce
Dr Oz tried the dish and stated it was a keeper.
Dr Oz: Cancer Fighting Salad Recipe
For this cancer-fighting dish, Dr Oz had Lorena, an audience member, prepare this delicious, simple recipe. Lorena told Dr Oz that her father taught her how to cook this meal years ago and her family loves it.
1 (14.5 oz) can sauerkraut
2 medium tomatoes
1 tsp dry oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Lorena had Dr Oz help drain the liquid from the sauerkraut pouch. He then added chopped tomatoes and spiced it up with a little oregano. Dr Oz tried this dish and gave it the thumbs up!
